Order Fulfillment Times
The average order fulfillment time is 1-2 business days, but this may vary due to active promotions, holidays, weekends, or force majeure events, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes.
Order fulfillment refers to the time interval from the completion of the order until the package is entrusted to the courier.
On normal business days, orders placed by 10:00 AM with immediate payment already confirmed are generally shipped on the same day.
For payment methods that require accreditation time, such as bank transfers, the order will only be processed after payment confirmation.
We recommend always providing a valid email address during the purchase process, so you can correctly receive communications regarding shipping and package tracking.
Reports, Assistance, and Complaints
We advise you to always check, upon delivery, that the package is intact and shows no visible anomalies.
The absence of products or parts thereof in the packaging, as well as any damage occurred during transport, must be reported within the terms specified in our General Conditions of Sale.
In case of visible anomalies upon delivery, we recommend accepting the package with specific reservation.

We advise you to always attach clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and received contents.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Animal Instinct ships with GLS or BRT.
When the package is entrusted to the courier, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment.
Delivery times are those indicated in the order summary, in the confirmation email, and in the shipping confirmation. In any case, unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within the terms provided by the General Conditions of Sale.
For national shipments, delivery generally occurs within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse. For islands and some areas, delivery may take 2-3 business days.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, to the address indicated at the time of the order.
Home Delivery in Italy
Home delivery via courier
- For orders up to €69.99: €6.00
- For orders from €70.00 onwards: free
GLS pick-up point in Italy
Delivery to a GLS pick-up point is also available.
- For orders up to €69.99: €4.99
- For orders from €70.00 onwards: free
Important: the choice of GLS pick-up point can be made immediately after completing payment.
To select the pick-up point, we advise you not to close the page once the order is complete: you will have approximately 10 minutes to complete the selection.
International Shipping
For international shipments, the cost is automatically calculated in the cart before completing the purchase, based on:
- Destination country
- Delivery address
- Package weight
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking, useful for monitoring the status of the package and tracking delivery.
