Orders and Shipping

  • You can purchase directly from our online shop by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process with your preferred payment method.

    Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • For home delivery in Italy:

    • up to €69.99 the cost is €6.00
    • from €70.00 upwards, shipping is free

    For the GLS collection point:

    • up to €69.99 the cost is €4.99
    • from €70.00 upwards, shipping is free

    For international shipments, the cost is calculated automatically in the cart before payment, based on the destination country, address, and package weight.

  • Average order fulfillment times are 1-2 business days.

    Fulfillment refers to the time interval from the completion of the order until the package is handed over to the courier.

    On normal business days, orders placed by 10:00 AM with payment already confirmed are generally shipped on the same day.

    In the case of payments that require crediting times, such as a bank transfer, the order will be fulfilled after payment confirmation.

  • For national shipments, delivery generally takes place within 1-3 working days from the fulfillment date. For islands and some areas, delivery may take 2-4 working days.

    In any case, the terms indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in the order confirmation shall prevail.

  • When the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can track the shipment.

    We recommend checking your spam or promotions folder as well, in case the email is not visible in your inbox.

  • Yes. Delivery to a GLS pickup point is also available.

    You can choose the pickup point immediately after completing the payment. For this reason, we recommend that you do not close the page after placing the order: you will have about 10 minutes to select an available pickup point.
