• Subject: Order number, customer name, and dog's name
• Dog Photos: We require photos of your dog from above and from the side. These images are essential for analyzing your pet's physical shape and for personalizing the dietary plan.
• Medical Test Results (if applicable): If your dog is over 8 years old, it is mandatory to provide recent blood and urine test results. This data will help our nutritionist accurately assess your dog's overall health.

2. Appointment Changes:

Once the consultation appointment is booked, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Please carefully plan your availability before confirming the booking.

3. Punctuality for Video Calls:

Punctuality is essential to ensure a complete and timely consultation. Please connect to the video call at the scheduled time to maximize the time dedicated to your consultation.

4. Appointment Reminders:

We will send you automatic email reminders 1 day before the appointment and 1 hour before the agreed time. Please ensure you have access to your email and check the reminders so you don't miss your consultation.

5. Completion of Required Data:

It is mandatory to complete all the information requested in the booking form and questionnaire before the consultation appointment. This information is necessary to ensure that the consultation is personalized and based on your dog's specific needs.
